FISH – Seared Halibut with fennel slaw, rice pilaf all inside a fried potato ring
CHICKEN – Smoked Gouda turnover with mushroom cream sauce, carved red potatoes & patti pan squash
BEEF – 8oz Sirloin filet with Boursin cheese, pearl onion compote on top of a mounted demi-glace sauce with Au Gratin potatoes & patti pan squash
DESSERT – Blueberry vanilla cheesecake and/or Flourless chocolate cake

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Please indicate your choice of main dish. The club will set up the following tables: 4 that seat 10; 2 rectangles that seat 6; 6 rounds that seat 6 and 2 rounds that seat 7, therefore when you make the reservation, if appropriate, indicate what table arrangement you’d like and who you are sitting with. Additionally, you may pre-order $20 bottles of wine for your table. Please see Patrick to reserve the wine before September 1st.
