The races will be governed by the rules defined in the current Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS) and scantling rules of the MCSA. No advertising may be displayed pursuant to ISAF Regulation 20.6.4. The Sailing Instructions will take precedence in case of conflict. This changes RRS 63.7.
The regatta is open to all MC skippers who sail on Wisconsin lakes. A boat may sail with a different sail number from its hull number if it registers with that sail number and competes with that number for the entire event. Each competitor must complete a registration form and pay the required fees by close of registration. Trophy age requirements must be met before the first scheduled race.

Registrants are invited to the famous DLYC Friday Night Fish Fry. Cash bar will open at 1800.

Five races are scheduled. The Low Point System, RRS A4 will apply, except that each boat's total score will be the sum of her scores for all races. This changes RRS A2.
One race is required to be completed for the regatta to be official. At the conclusion of the regatta, keeper trophies will be awarded as follows:
Top five overall
Top Grand Master
Boat registration fee is $65 on or before July 31 or $75 if registered after July 31. Registration can be done online at www.dlyc.com. Registration includes:
Saturday following racing there will be free beer and light hors d’oeuvre at DLYC
Continental breakfast both days
Lunch both days
The regatta will be dry sailed. Delavan Lake Yacht Club has two launch ramps and a hoist. There is room in our parking lot for all registrants. Bring 20ft of anchor line if anchoring out over lunch.
A limited list of local crew will be available for this event.
